Advance 4-Week Glute Training program. This program is high intensity. The best program for glute mass-building to help you develop athletic and aesthetic glutes! Effective combinations of glute exercises and advanced principles to sculpt your body in a way that you like. During the program feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns. This program runs from October 16 and ends November 11, 2023. Classes will be held on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday with the option of either 6:00am or 6:00pm time slots. Must pick either morning or evening time slots. Cannot mix and match morning and evening slots.
